By Car

Take Langata Road southbound from Nairobi CBD. Wilson Airport entrance is on the left, approximately 5 km from the city centre. Ample parking available.

By Taxi / Ride-Share

Uber, Bolt, and Little Cab are all available from Nairobi CBD to Wilson Airport. Journey time is approximately 15–25 minutes depending on traffic.

From JKIA

From Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, take the Southern Bypass to Langata Road. Wilson Airport is approximately 12 km from JKIA, a 20–30 minute drive.

By Helicopter

Wilson Airport has a dedicated helicopter pad. If arriving by helicopter, contact our operations team in advance to arrange parking and ground handling.

How quickly can I get a charter flight quote? +

We aim to provide charter flight quotes within 2 hours of receiving your enquiry. For urgent requests, please call our charter desk directly at +254 733 143 483 and we can provide a quote within minutes.

Do you operate 24 hours a day? +

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and weekends 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. However, our operations team and AOG desk operate 24/7/365 for emergency situations, urgent charter requests, and medical evacuations. For after-hours emergencies, call +254 722 143 483.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept bank transfers (SWIFT/RTGS), M-Pesa, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cash in USD, EUR, GBP, and KES. For large transactions, bank transfer is preferred. Payment terms are discussed at the time of booking.

Can I visit your facilities at Wilson Airport? +

Yes, we welcome visits to our facilities. However, Wilson Airport is a controlled aerodrome and all visitors must be pre-registered. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit, and bring a valid government-issued photo ID on the day. We offer hangar tours and facility visits for prospective clients and training students.

Do you have offices outside Nairobi? +

Our main headquarters is at Wilson Airport, Nairobi. We also have operational presence at Moi International Airport (Mombasa), Kisumu International Airport, and Eldoret International Airport. We have regional representatives in Uganda (Entebbe), Tanzania (Dar es Salaam), and Rwanda (Kigali). Contact our main office for regional enquiries.

How do I apply for a job at Space Aviation? +

We regularly recruit pilots, engineers, cabin crew, and ground staff. Please send your CV and cover letter to careers@spaceaviation.com. We also accept applications from graduates of our own Flight Training Academy. Check our website regularly for specific vacancy announcements.

What is your cancellation policy for charter flights? +

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of charter and notice period. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure receive a full refund less an administration fee. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable. Full terms are provided in your charter agreement. We recommend travel insurance for all charter bookings.

Do you offer corporate accounts and credit facilities? +

Yes, we offer corporate accounts for regular clients with agreed credit terms, dedicated account managers, priority booking, and volume discounts. To apply for a corporate account, please contact our sales team at corporate@spaceaviation.com with your company details and expected usage volumes.
